He is responsible for providing leadership across the practice, identifying and validating new business opportunities, overseeing project delivery, and sharing his knowledge with colleagues, clients and partners

With a client-centric approach, Lachlan’s designs are functional, driven by value, and focused on creating a unique experience. He is often heavily involved in the early stages of a project from the initial contact with the client, brief development and concept design. From here, Lachlan consistently develops design solutions that allow the realisation of the project. During the documentation and construction phases, Lachlan continues to oversee the project and closely liaise with the client.
