JetCharge, established in 2013, has emerged as Australia’s market leader in Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions, with a growing presence in New Zealand. Starting with installations for Tesla owners in Victoria, JetCharge has expanded its services across various segments, including home charger installations, commercial installations, strategy consulting, and software development, among others. With a team of 170 and expanding, JetCharge provides a full vertical in EV charging solutions.

Objective

Despite being market leaders, JetCharge felt their digital presence did not adequately reflect their industry dominance or the premium quality of their services. They approached Evolut seeking a website overhaul that would not only enhance their brand representation but also seamlessly integrate their brand and e-commerce platforms, offering a superior user experience.

Approach

Evolut undertook a comprehensive approach to elevate JetCharge’s online presence, focusing on enhancing the user interface and integrating innovative digital tools to engage users effectively. A significant aspect of this project was the creation of a comprehensive EV Model guide, which aimed to educate and assist customers in navigating the diverse range of products and services offered by JetCharge.
