NextFleet, a Mitsubishi Corporation company specializing in fleet management, faced challenges typical of the industry, such as intricate and prolonged sales cycles. To enhance their market presence and streamline the customer journey, NextFleet recognized the need for a sophisticated digital experience that could engage potential clients effectively from their first interaction.
Objective
NextFleet aimed to transform their minimal digital presence into a robust platform that asserts their leadership in the fleet management sector. The goal was to overhaul their website comprehensively, creating a user-friendly, informative experience that engages audiences early in the sales cycle, ultimately driving increased visibility, engagement, and leads.
Approach
Collaborating closely with Sarah Lepelaar, NextFleet’s Head of Digital Marketing, the project was designed to achieve success on multiple fronts: driving significant traffic, engaging users early, and retaining their interest throughout the decision-making process. The strategy involved expanding the website from less than five pages to over 60, integrating extensive content about NextFleet’s offerings. This expansion was complemented by interactive tools like a “Lease or Buy Calculator” and strategic online marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM, to enhance visibility and attract qualified traffic.

Additionally, we’ve had a great flow in sales. We’ve had $7 million worth of preorders since we went live. This is far exceeding our expectations and targets. The fact that it flowed and worked well without any errors is a win.

A comprehensive Solutions section was developed on the website to address this need. This section is designed to guide users to the appropriate fleet management solutions through detailed, easily navigable content that enhances user understanding and engagement at every stage of their journey.
Keeping the NextFleet website content fresh and supportive of ongoing SEO efforts presented a significant challenge, crucial for maintaining search engine rankings and user engagement.
