Finlease, a family-run business for over 30 years, has established itself as one of Australia’s leading equipment finance brands. With an impressive record of financing 5,000 machines annually and generating $500 million per annum, coupled with a 98% positive review rate, Finlease has a formidable presence in the financial industry. To match their substantial market reputation with their digital presence, they sought a website redesign that not only positions them as industry leaders but also enhances user experience for efficient and easy access to financial solutions.
Objective
The objective was to create a digital platform that reflects Finlease’s leadership in the financial sector while making it easier for users to navigate and find tailored financial solutions quickly. This included enhancing the visibility of their services across various industry sectors and streamlining the connection between potential clients and local brokers.
Approach
The project involved an ambitious overhaul of the Finlease website, integrating over 50 different industry sector profiles to connect users with the appropriate finance solutions swiftly. The redesign also focused on improving functionalities like broker searches, supported by detailed broker and team profiles to enrich user interactions and engagements.

Their team is being scalable so they’ll reuse the work that they’ve done previously to build. They don’t have to restart. This shows that they’re being very careful with our money as well. Additionally, we’ve had a great flow in sales. We’ve had $7 million worth of preorders since we went live. This is far exceeding our expectations and targets. The fact that it flowed and worked well without any errors is a win.

The strategy employed involved refreshing the Finlease brand identity and value proposition. This was brought to life through a newly designed homepage that utilizes a sophisticated, well-branded design theme, complemented by a selection of sourced imagery and videos. This approach not only establishes Finlease’s authority but also encapsulates their commitment to customer-centric service, making a strong first impression that aligns with their market stature.
Addressing the diverse needs of Finlease’s clientele across various sectors required a tailored approach to present their financial solutions effectively.
To meet this challenge, we developed an extensive network of 50 hierarchical sector-based solution pages. Each page functions as a standalone industry-specific landing page, crafted to provide relevant and detailed financial solutions for each sector. This structure ensures that every visitor can find precisely what they need with ease, enhancing the site’s usability and effectiveness as a sales tool.
