Nous Group stands as the largest Australian-founded international management consultancy, distinguished by its team of over 750 professionals operating across five countries. Despite their expansive reach and deep industry knowledge, Nous Group recognized the need for a digital presence that could parallel their substantial expertise and prestigious reputation. This realization led them to partner with Evolut, aiming to transform their online identity to better showcase their strategic insights and comprehensive capabilities.

Objective

The collaboration was set with the ambitious goal of elevating Nous Group’s brand above the competitive noise. The task was to enhance their digital footprint with a multifaceted approach that included enriching the website with detailed case studies, expansive capability descriptions, and profiles of their diverse team. This enhancement was not merely cosmetic but strategic, aiming to reinforce their sales processes and client engagement strategies.

Approach

The project to transform Nous Group’s website into a more potent business tool was extensive and multifaceted. It involved a deep dive into the company’s identity, capabilities, and the sectors they serve, with the end goal of creating a digital experience that resonates with their high standards of service and insightful consultancy prowess.

They have a great balance of being both commercial and creative. They’ve got the technical expertise but they really go beyond with the mix of both design and commercial understanding so we can really build something that’ll achieve the desired outcome of the business. They worked with us through that. Additionally, we're impressed with their strategy. They didn’t intend to build a site that’d be demolished in a couple of years’ time. Their team is being scalable so they’ll reuse the work that they’ve done previously to build. They don’t have to restart. This shows that they’re being very careful with our money as well. Additionally, we’ve had a great flow in sales. We’ve had $7 million worth of preorders since we went live. This is far exceeding our expectations and targets. The fact that it flowed and worked well without any errors is a win.
